Hey 18-35 year olds! Want to meet new people?
Join the dRC for Community Companions 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s of each month from 3:30-4:45 PM at the dRC office.
What is Community Companions? Community Companions is a social group for individuals ages 18-35 to meet new people and build healthy friendships, or are having a hard time meeting others who understand you and share your interests.
Please come and join us to have fun and meet other individuals in a comfortable and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Self-Advocacy Workshop
The Self-Advocacy Workshop is open to individuals with disabilities from high school to 30 years old in the transition process from high school to college and those transitioning to the workplace. The workshop meets monthly.
dRC Self-Advocacy Workshop topics will include:
- Self determination
- Rights and responsibilities
- Disability disclosure in different settings
- Requesting accommodations
